They have two lines that are cut out of the silver and cross over in one corner. I then oxidize the cutouts to give them the blackened look, so the cutouts really stand out.
Each pair of earrings are made from solid sterling silver and are soldered to the sterling silver earring posts. They come with sterling silver ear nuts.
