Goal Setting

As I mentioned in my last blog post (which was also my first!), I've been away for 5 weeks visiting friends and family.

January for me is always a time for reflection and setting intentions for the year ahead.

If you'll allow me to indulge myself, I'll share with you a few goals for 2017, in my personal life and business life.

This year is one of travel, it's only week 4 of the year and I've already visited 3 countries; England; Ireland and United Arab Emirates. I'm very lucky to have previously worked in the travel industry and because of that I have friends that live around the world and are happy to take in a friend for a few days.

I had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year in Ireland and then had the opportunity for some winter sun in UAE.

Here are some photos from my travels.

Next stop is Iceland at the beginning of February. It's Iceland that inspired my newest collection... the Formation collection.
But I'll tell you all about that on my next post!

I also want to be healthier and lose a few pounds... that seems to be a recurring goal each year!

As for my business goals, the two main ones are to get my jewelry featured in at least one magazine or newspaper and in blogs and websites. The second goal is to get my jewelry in local and national (maybe even international) stores. I am currently in one boutique, but would like to be in at least three more this year.

Maybe by writing my goals down for all to see it will make me accountable and hopefully achieve them!
